Josh KAMBA, born Joshua Edeh in Lagos, Nigeria, is the Enugu-born spark of “AFRO-MUSIC,” a self-named style unique to him. Forced to back up his older sister as a kid, he didn’t realize music would claim him until a neighbor’s casual request to form a chorus for a rap track threw him into a studio at 15. His verse? Shockingly tight. That moment ignited a lifelong obsession. Naturally electric and uncontainably energetic, KAMBA fuses Afro-Dancehall, Afro-Pop, Afro-R&B, Afro-EM, and modern reggae into a sound that defies boxes.
